CAPAROL is one of Europe’s leading producers of coating systems, with over 5,600 employees working in 29 countries. Over a period of 10 years, I was responsible for the overall marketing function at Caparol Romania, opening new branches in Bulgaria (2006) and Moldavia (2007) and developing numerous projects.

Concept and implementation of Caparol Club Loyalty Program, including:
- Strategic planning , concept and implementation of a tailored, in-house managed program
- Hiring and training a Marketing Specialist to coordinate the administrative aspects of the program (2013)
- in 2013, the program was chosen as the best loyalty program among the 29 Caparol countries
- In 2014, Caparol Club had over 1.000 active members
- The program focused on 2 strategic issues: technical communication with a large base of professional applicators and painters (building brand awareness and attachment), alongside with an attractive rewards system them for the acquisitions of Caparol products (consistent awards such as: over 100 bicycles, over 20 scooters, watches, automobiles).
- In 2014, the program had an impact of 25% over the company’s turnover 2014). The project continues, as initially designed), in 2019.
